📉 Underrepresented in academic positions of power
💸 Lower paid, especially within academia

This reduced career equity particularly impacts disabled and chronically ill early-career researchers, compared to non-disabled scientists and those diagnosed with their disability later in life. That’s why I’ve shared this free Notion template for keeping track of medical information, so that’s one less cognitive burden off disabled researchers’ plates.

This template does utilise more complex relation and roll-up functions to create a comprehensive and in-depth organisational system. However, it is more simple than both my Ultimate PhD Notion Template and my Researcher Organisation Notion Template as it is far more centralised in the main dashboard. Everyone who gains free access to this template will also be provided with the PDF walk-through of how it functions.

How It Works

The template is accessed through a PDF document containing the link to the Notion database, as well as a walk-through of how the template works. This file will be available for immediate download on the Order Confirmation page. You will also be sent an email shortly after purchase containing a link to the file. This link will expire 24 hours after purchase, but if you click an expired link you will automatically be sent a new working link to the same email address.

When you click the link within the PDF to access the template, you then just need to click the Duplicate button in the upper right corner of the template to add it to your own Notion workspace.
